A global proprietary trading firm, with a small but rapidly expanding London office, are looking to hire a trade support analyst.

The role is available due to growth of the firm’s European trading desk, where the role sits. There is no dedicated Trader Assistant team, so the role has a hybrid operations / trader assistant remit – P&L analysis, risk reporting, oversight of outsourced back-office services, automation projects etc. The remit has huge growth potential, alongside the continued growth of the London office.

Our client is looking for a candidate with roughly 1-5yrs experience, ideally in a trade support role, but they are open to candidates from data analytics / risk focused backgrounds. Candidates must have exceptional academics and advanced tech skills.

This is a crucial hire for my client, offering a strong performer up to a £100k TC year-one.
