As the Senior Accounts Payable / Receivable person, you will own all aspects of the accounts payable and receivable process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with the company policies and procedures. You will play a crucial role in optimizing payment processes and streamlining any repetitive tasks to ensure the function is robust and scalable. This role will process invoices and payments, reconcile bank accounts and post journal entries. Each month, you shall then prepare regular reports and analysis on accounts payable metrics and communicate across the business.

For this, we are looking for a professional and confident accounts payable specialist. It is important to be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and dealing with a range of internal and external stakeholders. It is essential that you have multiple examples of times you have streamlined and automated workflows. Exposure to Xero would be desirable.
