Ahead of the London office launch, we are looking to hire an office manager to work onsite, in a role that has a broad remit. Alongside traditional office management responsibilities, the hire will support the London based CEO more directly on both work and personal matters (the latter can form a core component of the remit at times – he is an industry recognised, very well-respected individual). BAU tasks cover facilities management, travel coordination, event planning / management, being the main point of contact for vendors and external service providers, managing expenses etc.
Candidates should be an experienced office manager / EA / PA in the financial services space. We prefer candidates to have a degree / solid academic record. Strong technology skills are also preferred.
The role is targeted to pay a £100-150k year-on total comp package (depending on level of experience + individual performance in the role), with significant upside expected in years 2+.
