This role involves managing the middle office team, a team comprised of circa 10 strong trade support / trader assistant professionals that directly support a broad range of investment desks / strategies. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact / escalation for all EMEA investment desks, which include industry leading portfolio managers / traders.

Candidates should ideally have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a Middle Office, Trade Support, or similar role, ideally within an Investment Bank, Hedge Fund or Proprietary Trading firm. Managerial or supervisory experience is required. Candidates must also possess a comprehensive understanding of multiple asset classes.

This is a critical hire, offering a strong uplift on an individual’s current base salary (minimum 10-20%) + a guaranteed target total compensation range within a £200-300k bracket.
