EMEA Payroll Manager – Prop Trading firm – Up to £100K base salary + Bonus – WFH Flexibility

The firm are rapidly building out its global HR function - as part of this build out, we are looking to hire the London office's first payroll professional to work in a role with a broad remit, taking ownership of specific tasks + managing a variety of cross-functional projects.

The hire will take ownership of managing the payroll process for the EMEA region (building up to take on other international jurisdictions), taking responsibilities for running internal processes and managing the onboarding and relationships with vendors. The remit will extend to supporting and taking an active part in the automation and development of internal payroll processes, working with teams across the firm to improve (or create) synergies when necessary and assess how internal infrastructure must adapt to support the firms rapid growth.

We are looking to hire a payroll professional with 5-10yrs experience – we are open to industry (naturally, the FS space or similar would be beneficial). My client is flexible with regards to academic requirements, however, a relevant degree is advantageous. The hire must have a degree of experience processing payroll for countries within the EMEA region and managing outsourced vendors and be willing to take on internal stakeholder management responsibilities. An understanding of payroll processes in multiple jurisdictions is preferred. The hire will also grow their skillset as a payroll professional through working on software implementation and platform automation projects.

This is a business critical hire for my client and they are willing to pay up to a £100k base salary. A strong performer can also earn a large % of their base as a bonus.
